This years Tulsa Ride & Slide Derby was well worth braving the bitter cold for Fred Thomsson and Cashn Chex Whiz.  Fred showed the 4 yr old son of Topsail Whiz to a 6th place finish in the Open and 5th place in the Intermediate Open. Cashn Chex Whiz is owned by Nedpoint Quarter Horses. 

Dori Thomsson placed in the Lt Non-Pro Derby with her 4 yr old mare Ruffee Ann. She is by Lil Ruf Peppy and out of Sure Remedy, this was her first outing and can now boast being an NRHA money earner. 

Thanks to the Oklahoma Reining Horse Association for putting this show on despite the snow and ice.  We enjoyed it!
