Fred Thomsson heads up NEDPOINT's training division.
 

Fred Thomsson is an accomplished trainer with NRHA LTE of $142,774.54 and winner of multiple Nationals and International titles. He is the 1999 European Champion in Jr Reining, 2003 AQHA World Show Jr Reining Reserve Champion, 4th in the 2004 APHA World Show Jr Reining, Open Futurity Champion at the September Slide in Lubbock, Texas and Open Futurity Champion at the Autumn Slide in Colombia, Missouri, to name a few.

In 2008 Fred was able to enjoy loads of success with the first Banjo Whiz foals.  He showed Banjo Hustler at the SWRHA Futurity, topping 146 horses to win the first go round and ending up 3rd in the Open and Res Champion in the Int. Open Finals.  Fred also placed Hustler in the number one position in the Stallion Incentive Intermediate division, winning a trophy golf cart!

Next stop was the 2008 NRHA Futurity. Fred made the Open and Intermediate Open finals with Banjo Hustler, owned by Nedpoint Qtr Horses, and placed Lilla Katie, owned by Ulrika Ekblom & Tove Schmidt in the Intermediate Open finals.  Banjo Hustler was also the Res. Champion in the Gelding Incentive and took home nearly $22,000.

With very limited showing this year, Fred made so far the Int. Open NRBC finals in Katy, TX and the NRHA Open Derby finals in Oklahoma City, OK. Fred will also represent his home country Sweden at this years World Equestrian Games held in Kentucky, USA 

Fred Thomsson is well known for his Reining Clinics in Sweden.

This year we will also organize Fred Thomsson Reining Clinics at NEDPOINT's location in Pauls Valley, OK.
